ESAB at Negócios nos Trilhos 2008

The 11th edition of the Business on Rails Show will happen from November 04th to the 06th, 2008 at the Red Pavilion of Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo, Brazil. The show is organized by Railway Magazine (Revista Ferroviária) and is recognized as the biggest railway event in Latin America.

The last Business on Rails show had more than 6.000 professionals from railroad operators, shippers, logistic service providers, government officers and other parties interested in the railway sector, who visited the 146 exhibitors from different countries – Argentina, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, India, Spain, Switzerland, United States and Brazil – with a total of 10,000 square meters. 

The Associação Nacional de Transportadores Ferroviários - ANTF (National Association of Railway Companies) will exhibit at the 2008 edition bringing all the freight railway operators and also the mass railway operator will exhibit as: CPTM, Metrô de São Paulo and CBTU, and others.

Another specific characteristic of the event was the Amsted Maxion Award for Railway Technology and the ALSTOM Award for Metros and Light Rail Technology that attracted to the Show the best technicians from the Brazilian passengers and freight railways.
